Welcome
This is a safe and quiet place.
It isn’t here to judge, blame, or try to change you.
It isn’t here to teach, improve, motivate, or fix anything.
It is here to reflect, share, and support.
There are no steps to follow and nothing to become better at.
You don’t need to take notes or carry anything forward from what you read.
These are letters — conversations between friends.
Some are brief. Some linger.
They’re written slowly, without urgency, and meant to be read the same way.
I am a real person writing the letters.
I write them because there are experiences that don’t resolve neatly, and because sometimes the most honest thing we can do is name what is already present and sit with it. I don’t write to offer answers. I write to notice, to witness, and to make a little room for what’s often carried quietly.
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not imagining it.
You are not alone.
If it doesn’t, that’s okay too.
You can begin anywhere.
Or you can simply pause here for a moment.
Either way, you’re welcome. I’m here.
Tenderly,
Tabby
